Ingredients:
8 oz. lean turkey sausage (links)
8 oz. frozen country-style hash browns
3/4 cup fat-free milk
2 oz. egg substitute
Pinch of salt
2 pinches of black pepper
1 slice fat-free cheese
Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking pan with olive-oil cooking spray & set aside. Preheat a skillet over medium heat & spray with olive-oil cooking spray. Place sausage in the skillet, cooking for approximately 3-4 minutes or till browned on all sides. Let cool. Cut the links into bite sized pieces & place in the baking pan. Top with the hash browns & cheese. In a medium bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the mixture in pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool.
