Well first off let me just say, i typed up A HUGE starting blog. I went to post it and wow i was kicked off. So let me try this again.

Well, im steven and i am from EF. I am here to post a blog about needtobuildmuscle.com`s dieslebolan starter stack. I am going to do a 4 week run of dieslebolan and tren TFO. I have 2 PH cycles under my belt and 2 AAS cycles under my belt. Over that period of time i have found what works and dosent work for me. What i like and dont like as well as where my diet and training should be.

If you have ever done a cycle you know that it costs some change. I have spent anywhere from 350-1000.00 dollars. Well needtobuildmuscle has put together several FULL cycles for under 200.00. WOW can you beleive that? A years gains for under 200.00 dollars. :hmn:

The dieslebolan starter stack consists of these products.
1 bottle dieselbolan
1 bottle 19-tren-tfo
1 bottle forged liver support
1 bottle forged post cycle

I will be running them as follows.

DB-3caps ed 30days
Tren TFo-3 caps ed 30 days

Now a beginner would want to start off with 2 caps ed and see how they progress.

I will run the forged support as directed and the forged pct at 4 caps ed for a week and 2 caps ed for the rest of the time.

On to the diet, my favorite part. This is where all the hard work and money could go RIGHT down the drain.

7:00 am- 50g protein shake

Damn good diet, as long as the metabolism, can support it whats your stats height, weight, bf% and age...

My goals are to reach 200lbs and bring my legs up since getting my patella put back in place. I want to reach a 460-480 lb bench, 550-600lb dead lift and get back to squatting again.

OK so today was my last workout for this week. I trained legs, my knees are feeling good and strong. I think its time to get away from the sled and get back in the squat rack. My stack should be in monday, im taking this weekend off to be with my woman. Come monday im hitting it hard!!!

OK, i got my stack in yesterday. My diet has been shit all weekend due to be out of town. I am taking today to get my diet back on schedual and rest up. Tomorrow i start back and starting hard!

Good luck well be interested to see how everything goes, what are you taking as far as support supps, anything beyond liver health? I used to take saw palmetto but cut it because I honestly feel it atrophied my prostate... I was just taking a normal dose too

182.6 today but seeing is how i didnt eat much this weekend. I havent worked out in 3 days and i was in the sun all weekend long, i lost some water weight.

OK, so before i go take a nap seeing is how i have been up since 5AM today

I went to work today pumped that i was going to be 1:back on and 2:trying 2 products that i have heard so many great reviews on. I wanted to feel the pump i have heard from the combo of these products. I didnt take my pre-workout today just so i could tell the difference. Let me tell you, first day i had great pumps. Now they were not AMAZING pumps like being on test after 4 weeks, but i deff noticed them. I did sweat a little more today but nothing to bad. I have ran tren e before so im excited to see how this compares to it. I beleive once my receptors are saturated with these compounds its going to be one HELL of a ride.

Now i trained just chest today and started off with BB bench press. I then went to cable flys and some abs.

I have been training around 10-15 reps since i just did a PL comp and im letting my shoulder recover so these weights are a little on the light side.
BB- warm up
5 sets of 2 - 335, 345,365,375,385lbs
4 sets of 8 - 255,265,275,275lbs

4 sets of cable flys - 60lbs

ABS
3 sets-High Rope crunches
3 sets- sky raises

Woke up this morning, i ate some oatmeal w/ ANPB and a protien shake. I then went back to bed, upon waking up i ate a HUGE plate of spaghetti ( light sauce & venison meat) i just took my stack and im ready to go throw some weight around!!!!!!1

Im changing up my workout, so i did back/bi today!

Lat pulls-warm up then 4x8
160/160/180/195
wide pendlay rows- 4x8
205/225/225/235
supinated bb rows 4X8
225/225/235/245
After that i did rope face pulls and shoulder extension 2*12 of each

Biceps- Db curls 3 sets 10
Reverse SB Curls 3 sets 8
preacher curl 2 sets 6 ( SLOW)

It was an ok workout today, wasnt in the best of moods. I am going to update my log w/ my new routine. I noticed 2 things today, sex drive is nuts and my temper is a little shorter.

Well the vascularity has hit, everytime i take a dose i get very vascular. I was doing DB shoulder press today and i had veins in my arms that i had never seen before. Weight gain has not started yet for me, i am assuming once i get into the 2nd week i will start putting on weight. I am noticing better recovery and i feel like i could work out for days.

I trained shoulders/triceps today.

I started off w/ dumbell shoulder press. 3 sets of 8
80/90/100

Lateral db raises 3x8
30/35/30

Rear flys 4x 8
30/35/40

db shrugs 4X10
125lbs

Triceps-
Push downs- 4X8
Extensions- 4X8
Ez curl french press - 4X8

Rope crunchs- 4X 10 ( controlled)

It was a very good workout today, i felt energized and ready to workout. I have legs tomorrow, im going to start squatting again.

OK so i weighed in at 188 today and i am loosing size in my waist which means im loosing bf. I am also growing out of some of my shirts. My arms are getting to the point that when i move i can see striations from just normal everyday movement. My shoulders are more defined as well. My nipples are getting sensitive so that right there is enough to prove the nature of these products.

My leg workout friday went well, i am going to start squatting this week. I have a new workout partner and he is squat oriented. Which will push me to want to squat heavy.

Stiff leg deads 4X8- 365/365/385/385 ( no belt)

Single leg sled- 4X15 ( warm up my knees)

Sled- 4X8- 725/860/980/980/1025 x5

extensions- 4X10

curls- 4X10

Donkey calf raises- 5X12



Today i trained chest, i noticed my triceps are starting to weaken from the lack of close grip bench and heavy skull crushers so that will now be put back into my training.

Flat BB- 5X6 305/315/325/335/345 x5 by this time my triceps were so warn out i couldnt lock the weight out on the 6th rep.

I then went to decline, and played around with 315 practicing explosive training. I did 4x8-10 with 315 exploding off the bottom.

Cable flys- 2X25

Tricep push downs- 4X6 X 135lbs

Cable crunchs for abs i did 4X45 reps

I can def tell that this combo allows me to keep my strength up the entire workout. I usually fall off twords the end but now it just seems to get better as the workout goes on. :yep:


My first week review is... WOW i can honestly tell a difference. I think by the end of week two i will have gained another 5lbs and feel like im on top of the world.... PROPS to needto!!

If you want otc get a good formestane topical.

formestane works man. Its the most powerful OTC product you can get for this. In fact IMO it works just as good if not better for some reasons to reduce,control,get rid of gyno and or high estrogen problems. I would like to see a few more ingredents added to a topical with some formestane and it could be the best damn otc product ever for this reason...

If you are ok with just using a reg AI then I would go with Arimadex though.

Wow, so im hurting!! My liver is not feeling the best right now. I am taking twice the dose of liver support now and i upped my water. im lowering my dose down to 30mg of DB.

I trained legs fri

SLDL- 5X6

Leg press- 10X6 i filled up the sled with 45`s, trying to figure out how to add more weight.

Extensions/curls- 4 sets of 10

Calf raises- 6X15

OK UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

I am gettin alot wider my back is growing like a weed. My shoulders as well, arms are still lacking but im trying to bring them up. Legs are coming along and well my chest never goes away.

Saturday i trained chest...

BB flat bench-

Today i did back, i have thickness so now im working on width.

Lat pulls front/rear

My back is still pumped and its been 4 hours since i got home.

I think you should stick to just one dose a day of liver support. Also the forged post cycle you should be taking for pct not during the cycle. Over doing the support sups can be more of a problem then a help. drink more water.

Im not taking the PCT yet lol. I did cut back on the cycle support, come to find out it was built up gas and constipation.

I have been playing around with my carbs/water and sodium. I have noticed a more full vascular look. I am taking about 3.5 gallons of water, 2grams of sodium 2 days on 3 off and running my carbs between 3-600 grams ed.

I used the forged post cycle and liver support after my run with beastdrol and tren tfo. It has me feeling healthy and recovered. I couldn't believe it when I squatted 350. I can't wait to get back on.

Trained chest yesterday, wow the pumps are getting intense. On my last set of bench i tried to rep 225 untill failure. I got to 18 quick and after 18 the pumps were so unbareable i had to stop at 22. I have made it all the way to 31.

I used 335 for 5sets of 10 yesterday. I have been training heavy and have lost some size in my chest so i decided it was time to throw in some high volume training.

From there i did 4 sets of flys at 15 reps.

Skull Crushers- 4 sets of 10

push downs- 4 sets of 10

So today is my last day :babyboy: I start pct tomorrow.

I weigh around 190 in the morning. Which is about 5-6lbs gained, no water, no food and upon wakening. Do not judge this because some people gain 20lbs. I do not put on weight easy at all. So for me to gain a solid 5-6lbs of muscle in a month is serious business. The pumps, agression, vascularity and sexual enhancment was amazing. My sex drive never fell off! :yep:

By the end of the cycle, i was benching 345-350 for sets of 8....

Stiff leg dead lifting 405 for warm ups.....

Leg pressing as many plates as i can fit on it and around it for sets of 12-15....

I dumbell shoulder pressed 120 for a clean set of 6...

I ate a small child for dinner the other day:dunno:

What im trying to say here i guess. This shit works and im sad to see it go. To everyone who got the chance to use it, you know what im saying. To those you stil have the chance, you need to try it.

In 4 my pct....

Yea the gas was killer there for a little bit.

So im holding steady right at 188-190 depending on food/water.

Strength is staying the same, hasnt gone down at all. Im starting to loose the little bit of water i had. Other than that great freaking products man, i got strong as an ox. Like i said i didnt gain that much weight from it, but im already 180 on a 5'6 frame and fairly lean. So the added 5-6 lbs was awsome. I am hoping to be back to 200 again this winter.

ps: i did 315 13.75 times today on bench.
