Do you get all of the nutrition by drinking raw egg whites? Or do they have to be cooked?

The best I can tell from information on this is that you only digest about half of the egg white protein raw. Probably because of tripsin inhibitors which inhibit certain protein digesting enzymes. These enzyme inhibitors are destroyed by cooking.

It desn't really matter man, the only problem is that some eggs can carry some pretty serious bacteria that can only be killed by cooking it. You may get away with it frever, but if you get unlucky... Man you'll be ill.

Remember a while ago a study revealed that only 57% of raw egg protein was absorbed, so thats that myth taken care of, cook em!

On a product like "egg beaters," how much is equal to the protein of 1 egg white? I'm getting tired of boilin' eggs.
