1 c ff greek yogurt
1/2 c friendship cottage cheese
1/2 c original fiber 1 cereal
1 tbs PB2
splenda....about 250 cals, 14 g fiber...mmmmm:drool:

Power Slop
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 cup Regular Grits
Bring water to boil at both and cook for ~3min then add:
3 whole Omega-3 Eggs (additional egg whites can be added if liked)
Continue to cook and thourally stir for ~3-4min or until grits and oats look done.
Pour into large bowl and mix in:
~1 scoop of chocolate protein (exact amount and flavor up to you)
Cinnamon
Splenda
*Optional:Wheat germ & Banana

Mix entire concoction well and let cool or put in refrigerator. I usually add wheat germ or banana after cooled and mix in when I'm ready to eat it. Good bowl of slop.

I love Choc PB2 :yep:that's some good stuff!
