Wild Boar

I just found a farmer for wild boar, well I guess domesticated wild boar at my local farmers market. I have never been a big pork guy so I have very few ideas on how to prepare this type of meat. Does anyone have any ideas or recipes that I can give a try?

I don't have any recipes but I did have it on kebabs in a restaurant. It was just like ham. I wasn't crazy about it.

I ate it in Africa, it was really nice, I think it was roasted, nobody else would eat it so I had a whole plate of it to myself.
