View Full Version : Needto Shredder Stack!!

Hey fellers,
Just postin up my log here. I started Needtomusclemuscle.com 's shredder stack which is beastdrol, katanadrol at 3 caps (ea) ed. I also have the forged liver support and some lipoflame.

My beginning stats are 6'2", 245 at 20-22%bf and 26 years old. I usually weigh myself on the digital scale at my gym but it was broken on Monday (battery died). I weighed myself a few days before, so I am going with that. I did weigh myself on the other scale at the gym and the balance was off.

The workout plan I have going is the same I have been doing for the last few months, the Omega Training. I really can't explain how the training goes because of because Omega told us not to give away his secrets, but I feel safe to say that it is higher reps, slow controlled movements. No big weighs here! rest is 45 seconds inbetween sets and no more than 2 minutes between exercises.

Monday's workout 9/7/09- Back, rear delts, bi's. My first impression is a good one. Usually I start to feel a decent pump after my first exercise, I was feeling it after my first set! placebo effect maybe?
Workout was good. Had a real good pump at the end of the workout.

Tuesday's workout 9/8/09- Chest, front delts, tri's- Again great pump in the gym. New gym for me (just moved) so figuring out if the smith was different (not much if not anything) and cable machines. did a few extra supersets for increased pump! :) Weight at this gym on a regular balance scale was 248-249ish. I started the weight at the 250, but it said that was too much weight, I moved it to the 200 spot and brought the smaller weight over to 248 and 249 but it wasn't leveling off in the middle, a little higher. Tough to say if the scale is reading right. I'm gonna tell them to get a digital scale! lol

Today's workout will be legs.

I definetly feel the lipoflame workout thoughtout the day. I know it's early for the beast and katana to tell how it's really working, but the pump seems more intense. Whenever you go higher reps, you (or at least I) feel more of a pump.

* this is my first cycle in about 4.5 years. First cycle was test/dbol. I hope to drop 20 lbs fat (fingers crossed) and add about 10 lbs of muscle.

lol needto. This morning looker harder already! looked like I lost 2% over night. Prob water weight.

I know these aren't the best, and it sucks to really see how out of shape you are in pics, you think you look better in the mirror then the pic adds like 10 lbs of fat on you! lol
I think I'm more like 25% now! ahhhh!
But I can see some abs, and the 4th quad shot you can see the separation of the quds a little, better in the 5th pic. It's mostly the fat in the spare tire section I need to get rid of. Then I just need to add tons of muscle everywhere else and I should be ok! Man I hate being skinny fat...
BUT! Thanks to Needto's, im gonna gain lbm and loose this fat!!

Ya what's up?? lol

Sorry had to stop after my 2 days on because of some medical stuff that had to be taken care of. Please note that this stuff happen before I started taking this cycle. Nothing serious, I am good. :yep:

OK, back at it. I am getting to the gym today to do some chest/tri's/ front delts. Time to take a few pillllls... :drool: lol

Alright, did a few workouts the last few days, chest, back and legs.
Chest had a great workout. During my back workout I had some veins comin out of my shuolders and neck! and legs, always a killer for me.
Today I will do a back/ bi/ rear delt workout! CAn't wait!

Woke up this morning to find my little obliques popping out a little.. yes! By the end of the day, or mid afternooon they will be gone prob, lol.
HAd a great chest day yesterday. Painful tryin to get those 45's up for my last set of incline DB presses! My tricepts were poppin out they were soo pumped after I finshed them.
Did a little cardio this morning, legs day today. Lets see if I can squat 95 lbs today for all my reps on the smith!

leg workout sucks, but in a good way, tortured my legs.
did a little cardio today.
Last day working tonight at the club so I'll have a normal sleep cycle soon and none of this getting home at 4:30 am.

Well everything is going great so far.
I started my weight around 240-242ish (when I got back into the cycle after a 2 week absence) according to my (new) gym's scale. It's tough because the scale isn't balanced the best. I am now around 248-250 and noticably a little leaner. I am not even a full 2 weeks in.
Chest day was great. Full pumps for my chest, front delts and tri's during and after my workout. Today is back day!

well switched gyms (again) lol to a planet fitness cuz its wicked cheap, $10 a month. This morning empty stomach I went in for some cardio and this digital scale said I was 240.3. Which is waay off from my other gyms old school scale ( said I was about 252). One is probably off. But it's good to see weight going down, but it's a little mindscrew that I am loosing and not gaining some weight. This is start of week 3 for me. I hear this is the real deal week for gains. 2 more intense weeks for solid gains!!

I did legs yesterday. opened with some leg extensions while waiting for leg press. did some calf raises then to my smith squat. Still trouble with doing my 95 lbs squats for the full 20 reps. I am going too slow I beleive. A solid 8 seconds per rep. I can do 315 easily, but I don;t like doing reps like everyone else that's all movement and no control. I like doing reps slower to really feel the muscle (http://www.needtobuildmuscle.net/index2.html) worked, tense, and then contracted. But I think I can go a tad faster on these.
I cant stand seeing people throwing the weight around doing half second reps and calling it a rep and them thinking they are getting a work out. 80-90% of the people I don't even see them breating hard.
OK rant over, lol.
So I will go back to my old gym tomorrow. Still have a week or so left on there just to see what their scale says adn if the 2 are still 10-12 lbs off, then I will put a real weight on them and see what they really say. lol

well just a cardio day today and my weight it at 248 empty stomach. I would say that's pretty good since I'm loosing bf!
The past couple workouts have been great, except for that one after the wedding I was at on sunday. lol

I'm gonna get more of this stuff for the winter!

248 this morning empty stomach before some cardio. Def leaner and look bigger. Back at the gym for chest wokrout and it's one of those days you just feel bigger and pumped up. awesome time!!

Done.. finished a few days early. I was 250 (read a little higher) today, so it looks like I am up about 10 lbs, and down some lbs in fat. Def gave me a huge edge in the gym, and the last 2 weeks I felt more pumped and looked more pumped working out.

I want to take a month off and get on something else starting december to help my cutting. Basically to keep muscle while loosing bf, like this cycle.
