I ordered his books two weeks ago and still havent recieved them. Anyone have a breif synopsis of the traing regimine for this? I know he reccomends 3 days per week lifting and no longer than 1 hour workouts to limit cortisol release. I am concerend with the type of spilts. I am thinking

Mon: Cardio
Tues: Chest & Back
Wed: Cardio
Thurs: Arms & Delts
Friday: Cardio
Sat: Cardio or total off day
Sun: Legs

No cardio on lifting days. On cardio days Ill either do 30-45 min of HIIT or 60min MISS.

I should mention that this will be for a bulking phase as summer is over and I am about done with hardcore keto for now. That being said, I am going to try and stay as lean as possible. I think I have some serious hormose imbalances (high cortisol, low insulin sensitivity, low test) and I am hoping this will help. I suffer from overtraining syndrome where I just want to train all the time and have been doing 5 days lifting (50min) followed by an hour of LISS-MISS cardio. This I think greatly contributed to my problem.

Any thoughts?
