Hello Guys im new to this form and new to bb from Dublin Ireland.
Im starting the keto diet in 2 weeks time as my bodyfat is at 23% Im 5.10 and weigh 194pounds.

I workout in the morning 3 times a week at 8 o clock. I was just wondering is it ok to have the first meal at 7 go gym at 8 and then after gym have second meal like the protien shake and the peanut butter. Im just a bit worried about the meal times and my pwo meal

All answers would be great...

Sounds ok to me mate. in fact it sounds just about perfect. I often work long shifts and night-shifts and have to stretch out the meal times. And on days off, sleep in and have to compress them. (like this morning I didn't roll out of bed till 7.45 and on work days I'm up at 3.30am). Don't get to hooked up on the timing just fit everything around your schedule but keep it as regular as you can.
