As soon as I heard Dave and John were fired I contacted Dave and offered my support in whatever way he needed. Then I sat back and quietly watched the drama unfold. After almost a week, I asked to be demoted as a forum leader at MD and here I am. It just feels right. I think many of the old MD staff of Mods and forum leaders feel the same way. You're gonna see a lot of familiar faces.

MD was pretty bad because of some of the moderators, i think dave and john need to choose wisely!

Does this mean you wont be posting over at MD or?You'll see me there less and less. What made MD.com, for me, is all over here now. It was the knowledge of Dave P and the friendship I made there. Most of those friendships have migrated. Once GX gets here, I doubt I'll go back to MD.

Honestly, it was more about being told what we should do. Dave and John were dealing with it as well. It wasn't a fun experience especially with the bad communication. I was very happy to step down.

Yeah...communication there from higher ups was pretty non-existant. We found out about stuff like the regular membership...as it happened.

Congratulations to all those selected for the forum/mod leadership of rxmuscle.com.
This place has excellent FL/Mod leadership in place so far, and the potential of this site is enormous.

I'm seeing the same users slipping into the same old roles. :mad:
And why so many ?
The MODS were a big part of the problem over there.
too damn trigger happy and aggressive.

For a forum that's growing at an alarming rate 850 in little over 24hrs (!), I can see why they did this but it's a potential timebomb.
Having said that I expect Dave & John to review all mod/staff users performance regularly.

I see what you are saying, but fear not - I am waaaaaaay out of the mold as is my mate AVBG whose modding the Natural forum. We are from the MD arch enemy area :D

I think, and myself like, the concept of blending the best from all walks to this board, not just having it as a refuge for people from one board.

Many of us stepped down for a reason. We didn't like how it was run either. Or being forced into issues. Its pretty simple. You can accept it or just think we left our tyrannical reign to secretly undermine this site which would get us booted in about a New York minute.

The rules here are much more lax and I expect you'll be happier. Staff, mods and forum leaders are aware that they must have thick skin in order to successfully interact on the forums. That being said, we still have rules. (http://forums.rxmuscle.com/announcement.php?f=16)
