would be very expensive but would also think it could be awesome for contest growth and keeping bodyfat levels low during off season too. So if you got it spend it!! Just my .02 and it you don't mind sticking yourself EVERYDAY year round.

GH you can run year-round by itself for the general 'recovery' value. People do the 5 on / 2 off split primarily for $$ purposes - Ithink the goal is just to keep your dosing consistent if you're planning to supplement your natural levels. So yea, 1 iu ED for women would be decent maintenance, 3-4 iu ED for men.

I do year round-not as much as a person would precontest. If it wasent in my budget though I wouldn't sweat not being able to do year round though.

How so?

Many believe that after it's reconstituted it's only stable a short period of time... Some say 24-48 hours. So, if you have a 10iu bottle and are taking only 1iu/day, then you may run into this problem... Where as if a man is taking 5-10ius/day they wouldn't have to worry. (I'm not one who believes this... but BLP swears by it)

FYI, they do make 4iu generics now...

Doesn't really matter. It doesn't need to be taken w/ food and has no other dependences other than recommendation to use in the morning, based on the idea that your body has its own highest production rate over night.

If you are just starting out can you do 1 iu/day to assess tolerance levels, but can you go up to 2 iu's/day after a couple of weeks? Is it safe?

This is my plan too - start out at 1, then up to 2 iu if tolerated well. Any insight you other ladies have would be greatly appreciated.

I guess you could describe it like that... Like I said - its very subtle. Some people are more sensitive than others & may experience sore wrists (feels like carpal tunnel) or maybe some water retention.

For long runs there's really no need for more than 2 iu and 1 iu is sufficient. More is not better.
