My hand is finally back to working order... After almost 10 weeks away from the gym and nearly 20 lbs lost... I'm back working out! 315lb used to be my third warm up set on incline bench... now I'd be lucky to get 4 reps! 3 consecutive days of training now done... my first leg day is tomorrow, and I can't say I'm looking forward to it! Actually its not Hitler My daughter away at college sent me a spoof valentine's day card via email. She made the picture in it. It was a Naval Officer that she penciled in hair, heart shaped sun glasses and a Hitler-esque mustache. I thought it was hilarious looking so I used it as the show logo. Can you ask him how his training and nutritional philosophy applies when one wants to sprint faster? Since he is an international consultant and is associated with the following philosophy, I thought he might have advice:

Thanks for responding to my comments on the show. To clarify my quickly written ramble, I certainly do not want Aaron to say anything that would risk his relationship. However, he might be able to comment on what attracted him to Amy (forgive me if I am mistaken about her name), or simply speak generally about what to look for in a romantic partner. You three already proposed the relationship focused show or segment anyway. I'm not sure how else he could participate aside from quick responses to Carl and Carolyn.

It also just hit me that Carl has said he would like to one day leave Off Topic to be hosted by Aaron and perhaps a co-host. Building some on-air rapport between her and Aaron would be interesting even if it didn't lead to her being a co-host.
