I used to do this till I just found out that my aunt had a massive heart attack that was directly linked with smoking....no more....I agree...have the will power and find the strength from with in to push yourself through till the next meal....Why train so hard and eat so clean only to shove toxins in your lungs....this coming from a smoker of 5 years to stop cold turkey once I found out my aunt passed .....

Stay strong guys....I deff get mad cravings too....I drink a SHED ton of water...and some psyllium husk works great too...

Can't have too much gum if you're on daves diet btw...

2 tins a day of Grizzly mint & double expresso.

Just strip down and check your conditioning in the mirror (if possible). Even when I am on target for a competition, I always feel I could be harder.

Im a former lardass and binge eater, I used to uncontrollable urges to snack. Even when i started working out seriously five years ago I could barely handle it.

I drink a protein shake in between main meals and make sure I get over 150 grams of protein at the end of the day. That's it. No urges whatsoever to snack.

Me too, I'm shocking in the off season.

What's really interesting is that I way eat more food when "dieting" and still get into good contest shape.

Yup. Continuous amino intake produces mTor, a very good way to control, not cut, appetite. I like it because even though I have no cravings I can still eat a full meal when I do sit down to eat.
