I'm on day 3 of a 10 week prop and ace cycle and was thinking of changing up my diet so that my gains are going to be a bit leaner...currently taking in around 300g of cabs/day!

For someone that is on, what should your macros be per meal while trying to do a lean bulk? Would it still be the typical .25p/.085f and 1g carb for meal 1 and the pre/post workout meals?

Stats: 5'6" 175lbs around 13% (I know my bf% was too high before I began the cycle)
