My friend has been training thai boxing for a little while and he was asking me what type of weight training routine he should follow. I told him weights 3 days a week doing some type of full body training. Maybe some barbell complex or kettlebell training. Any ideas? He has been following a bodybuilding type routine for years now, he still wants to look like he works out and stay lean.
