i just got a THAI MASSAGE for an hour..............not long enough, next time will be 1.5 hours.:yep:

ANYWAYS, i recommend it to EVERYBODY who trains their bodies hard.

she found my pain without me even telling her!! then she worked it like no other, ever! and i have received ALOT of massage, since i was a student of massage a few years back.

i'm going to sleeep good tonight!

i can't wait for the next one in 2 weeks. i have been going to the chiro for my hip pain, which helps, but THAI MASSAGE is such a compliment to adjustments.

ANYBODY ELSE RECEIVING MASSAGES????

Interesting. So what is the difference between a thai massage and a swedish?

I have heard of a massage that is performed bare-foot while standing on top of your back but that is not a thai massage is it?

No, I just posted that for no reason......

Yes, I do love them from my own experience. Got one today! I don't consider this type of massage to be "spa-y" so much as honest-to-god therapeutic.

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. It involves involves stretching and deep massage.

Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Be sure that your massage therapist has your complete health history, because people with certain conditions should not :nono:have Thai massage.:yep:

Have done standard Deep Tissue and some ART over the years and most recently some Rolfing to work out some fascia issues.

If I hear of any Thai in our area I will try it out.
