What do you guys and girls usually eat/drink in the final minutes before going onstage? I know it may or may not make any difference at this late stage but all competitors seem to have their own "bag of tricks" they use.
Mine usually consists of - 4 Niacin and a handfull of M&M's washed down with 2 double Brandy's!! :D
