Just curious too see what people like to eat for their weekly cheat meals... Post away!

Last week:

2 pecan waffles(belgian)
3 blueberry pancakes
butter and syrup on both
1/2lb bacon
handful of pecans and cashews
2 glasses of chocolate milk made with sugar free chocolate syrup

All homemade and the pancakes were big boy size.

14 inch deep dish pizza from local italian restraunt, 1 skinny cow cookies-n-cream ice cream sandwhich, pan of baked cookies w/glass of ff milk.

Here's one from about a month ago:

Fried blue gill(freshwater fish for you city slickers)
Homemade hushpuppies in massive quantities
6 blue bell ice cream sandwiches
1/2 pan of brownies

That was amazing!

This was my cheat at around week 7 of my diet. We went to a casino buffet and I just went crazy!

Half rack of ribs
Rice and general tso chicken
mashed potatoes and gravy
chicken fried steak and gravy
couple slices of pizza
4 enchiladas
small slice of cheesecake
2 slices of pecan pie with ice cream on top

I almost needed to be rolled out of the damn place, but it was totally worth it!

We had a cookout at my mom's place. It was a terrific send off for my 13 hour drive the next day. I stuffed myself once again, this time to the tune of:

About a 12 ounce ribeye steak
bone in medium size pork chop
hot link no bun
brat no bun
pinto beans
small potato
piece of garlic bread
bowl of cinnamon toast crunch
bowl of fruity pebbles
honey bun
moon pie
handfull of vanilla wafers
1 big cookie batter blizzard from DQ

I cheated for about 4 hours on this one. I was up late watching LSU play Washington, so I figured why not and kept on eating. Once again, I was miserable, but it was also worth it!

I got a grip on this one and didn't eat myself to the point of wantint to throw up. Plus, it was about 8 weeks away from my show, so I went a little more controlled with this one with that in mind.

2 BBQ chicken quarters
bbq baked beans w/ hamburger meat in them(97 lean meat and low sugar bbq sauce)
potato salad(with bacon)
hot fudge brownie sundae
12 ounce can of nestea

I used regular old sweet baby rays bbq sauce for my chicken, but I went with a no sugar added version to make my beans and a leaner hamburger meat as well. This meal could have been a lot more calorie dense, but those couple of changes took away a lot of sugar and a little fat as well. I could have used white meat, but dark meat is so much better to bbq with. This is when I also discovered EVOO mayo and we used it to make the potato salad.

Well the premice is that you get seated, then they give you a card Red on one side, Green on the other. You turn it to green they come over and carve Filet mignon, Strip ,Ribeye,Top sirloin among others, they also have lamb ,chicken,Both beef and pork ribs,pork tenerlion. And an amazing salad bar with grilled salmon and swordfish steaks, Basically all you can eat, plus deserts.....needless to say I'm gonna fill up. the place is called Fugo De Chao

That sounds amazing, I'd love to go to one of those. I can't get enough of the Japanese steak houses, so I can imagine that I'd be in heaven at one of these!

haha this is getting interesting. I too never end up eating what I "Plan to". After being in hardcore keto all week, once I introduce carbs into a cheat meal, I get ravenously hungry and just cannot put down the carbs. Lets keep the thread goin- good stuff!

Holy Shit bro! lol thats alot of food. I know the miserable feeling. I've overdone it once or twice and I feel like an big pile of sluggish insulin-cake for a few hours...

I'm headed out to Vegas for the O tomorrow, gonna remain on the diet while there, and Sunday night when i get home (depressed from leaving vegas and the O) I will be eating ice cream and cookies like its my job LOL

There is one or two of those around my area. I have not been to them yet, but heard they are amazing. One of these days I will get to it. This week I think I am heading out for some Combo plate of ribs(three different kinds) swt potatoe, mac n cheese and some corn bread. At Tennesse BBQ.

slice of key lime pie
some Oreos
eggs
bacon
sausges
whole wheat pancakes
jar of mac nut butter
jar of almond butter.

That was yummy.

May I add I lost 3 pounds after that refeed.

I been doing this tge last 3 weeks and lost a total of 11 pounds.

But I have the best coach.(Frosty)

we found that higher far days work for me. So on my cheat I eat a shit load if fat. With a little bit of carbs.

42g of protein per meal
10g of fat per meal

protein source is tuna,tilapia,whey isolate,egg whites.

fat sources is olive oil and cod liver oil.

Carbs stay around 10g -15g aday from green beans

so you just add like half a TBSP of EVOO to your meat+Greens? or mix it in with your isolate shakes?

I drink it stright up. 1tsp of evoo oil with 1tsp of cod liver oil.

hardcore... I like it. I usually put the oil on my meal, but then i get annoyed because there is always some leftover... oh well I guess ill just add a little extra to compensate for the loss (like a heaping TBSP). Or ill just drink it LOL

Just drink it bro. It's quick and easy. Lol plus when I put it in my shakes I don't feel like I get it all. That's just me tho.

I don't care about taste I just want results.

I'm the same way. Id eat tree bark if it gave me results. Once a week I eat for taste (cheat meal lol) other than that- pure function
