i think we all get bored with our diets..lets post em....maybe we will find something new!

ill go....
oats strawberries 6 EWS

cottage cheese greek yogurt fiber 1 and pb 2

wrap w/ buffalo and ff cheese apple

veggies and chicken, oatmeal cookie

veg chic pita chips

cottage cheese and pb2

1/2 tbsp coconut oil (pre cardio)

2/3c egg whites & 1/3c oat bran

Lettuce wraps(can of tuna w/ mustard in iceberg lettuce) & 1/4 c blueberries

4oz Chicken, small granny smith apple & 1tbsp coconut oil

30grams WPI & 1oz raw almonds

30 grams WPI & 1/4c Fage 0% yogurt(PWO)

can of salmon w/ 1 tbsp EVOO and spinach

4 egg whites and a 2 Chicken breast, A cup of Coffee.
1 protein shake b4 I hit the gym for lunch
came back to the office downed some Chain'ed out
At 3:00 I am now eating 2 chicken Breast and Broccoli and Califlower

I am so sick of chicken I think I am going to turn into one!

3- tuna sandwich (2 slice ezielkel bread, 1can tuna, dijion mustard, onions & capers, lettuce)
4-1 scoop whey, handfull of almonds
5- 1/2 chicken wrap with fries

10oz chicken did marinate it
4oz sweet potato

1.5 OZ natty PB

12 oz chicken
2 oz sweet potato

30 raw almonds.

Multis, EFAs, DHEA, misc supps.

Thats today will also eat salmon, orange roughy, steak for protien and like assparagus, brocolli and cauliflower in moderation as carbs

1 cup cooked oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp of butter, 2 scoops WPI

2 scoops WPI

12 pieces of tuna and salmon sushi

3oz of peanuts

6 oz chicken breast and 2 cups broccoli, 2 low carb, hi fiber tortillas


had a few pillow mints too

Will have 2 scoops of WPI, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese in a smoothie before bed.

A few things:
Chicken Breast (cut into small pieces) with salt substitute
whey protein and oatmeal with skim milk
alot of water
steak
Isopure (the first time I had tried one of these, it tasted a little weird) 40g of protein

Really which flavor? This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE treat! Tastes like Juice to me. I get the teas and put them over ice with a straw and I literally feel like I'm drinking a sweet tea down south! SO good! SOME of the fruity ones though have a feet after taste to them lol

It was red in color and I think the name of it was Alpine something??
The taste was weird. At first it taste like juice with additives, then after a few seconds, I tasted something like whey. I drank it all, but definitely different.

Alpine Punch... yeah the colored ones are kinda strong the grape is my favorite for colors and like i said try the teas they make a black and a green they're really good.

Thanks for the heads up on the tea. I was in the Vitamin Shopee and wanted some quick protein (just came from the gym). I saw a sales rep, with a customer, talking about it, so I thought I would try it. The 40 g of protein was a big sale for me.

3.Post w/o 3 scoops Musclemilk, banana, 1/2 cup of applesause, Gatorade powder w/water
4. Large chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice
5. Tuna on WW, serv. of cashews and 2 pickle slices
6. ON casein protein b4 bed

1. Two Scoops Whey (Beverly UMP), 2 tbsp Nattie Crunchy peanut butter
2. 1/2lbs beef, 6 strips bacon, 2 slices cheese
3. same as above
4. 4 Omega-3 whole eggs, 6 whites, shredded cheese on top
5. Whey Isolate Drink no carbs (bought at store while on go), handf ull cashews
6. 4 oz steak, 4 whole Omega-3 eggs

... today was a little off, no veggies etc... normally I eat veggies, meal 2 and 3 where kinda treats but they also fit in to the macros, and also meal 5 was make shift as I was caught short.
