Hey guys,

I am at a loose end and want to learn more about nutrition and the science behind it.

If anyone has any great links to articles on carb cutting vs. low fat diets;
glucose disposal agent articles and articles on hormones involved in nutrition, please post.

Oh and im not fully sure about how fat lowers insulin response and how vegetables induce slower digestion of carbs and fats...
