Green tea(bags) vs Green tea powder

We all know Green teat burns fat. I was thinking of buy a carton of green tea bags.

My plan is to:
1-rip open all the bags
2-put all the green tea leaves into a ziplock bag
3- put 10grams into my 120oz water bottle and drink 3-4x a day

or am i wasting my time and money & use green tea powder

how do you dose green tea powder?

I have some mild thermogenic/energy pills. The dose for green tea extract is 450mg 2x a day.
