It seems to me that the current trend is to divide meals into Pro/Carb, or Pro/Fat. This makes sense to me from a digestive stand point, seeing as when I consume all three macros together, it takes much longer to digest. Also, research indicates that pre/post-workout fat is suppresive to certain growth hormones if Im not mistaken.

So what is everyones opinion for OFF-SEASON eating? Pro/fat or Pro/Carb? Or all three?

Depends on your body. Even with pro/carb I wouldn't go without fat. I'd at least take some fish oil with it.

Some people do better with more carbs, others less. Regardless, carb timing is important and the most important time is PWO, breakfast is second.
