well from looking at these pics you are nowhere near 200lbs. So for you to bulk to 200 would be a huge mistake because you wouldnt be putting on quality weight. Take it slow and add mass a little at a time or else you will add unneccessary fat that your just going to have to diet off. That being said, you need to get your diet on track and be consistent with your workouts. being "on and off" will get you nowhere.

Read around this site about diets and which type of diet would fit your lifestyle. Id recommend Daves offseason diet but you will need to adjust the macros because his blueprint is for a 200+lb male. There are plenty of people on this site that can help you. Spend some time in the nutrition section.

Weight gainers are a waste of money and do not give you the quality gains you want. Stick with whole foods, a whey protein (if you dont have cash try a whey concentrate or a concentrate/isolate blend). Dont go nuts waisting your money on a ton of supplements.

First:
1. Become consistent with your workouts
2. Get your diet in check
3. Once your diet and workouts are set, add a protein, creatine, mulivitamin for now.

Good luck!
