New on here - belong to a few other muscle forums - love muscle
Still new to lifting heavy - only lifting since Feb 09
Lost a crazy scary about of weight then started lifting- love it and want more muscle - looking foward learning even more -
Posted this in the girls section but usually do better in a coed enviroment and also being on the more mature side - 45 I posted it here also.
Know a few on here - they might not admit to that :p
