Franks Hot Sauce in liberal amounts.

Lawry's cracked pepper seasoned salt is good as well

I have also sprinkled shredded parmesan on frying eggs when they are still not quite done, and it melts into them

They're okay in moderation. Splenda packs use sugar as a filler and I think it's about 1g per packet, so keep that in mind. Pure sucralose from a bulk supplier does not have this problem. The butter spray is something like 10 sprays=1g of fat. Keep that in mind with preparation as well.

For common grocery store stuff, I've seen liquid Sweet n Low that has no carbs since it uses water as a filler. This might be an option...

i mix ground turkey like plateredcat but when I cannot stomach it anymore, I actually forget the Omega's and go for the eggwhiteint egg whites and drink those bad boys. It's over quick and does not taste like anything. I did it this whole week

I coat the pan with Smart Balance then add more when done cooking, sometimes add some Boars Head chicken breast.

These are fun and you can switch up the added ingredients to suit your diet.

4 egg whites
Salt to taste
Spinach
Tomato (optional)
Green onion
Every vegetable and spice is optional, and you could add other ones too!

Lightly spray a muffin tray with PAM or any sort of spray like that.
For each well in the tray add one egg white (you can do as many as you like but we'll just say you're making 4 in this case).

Chop up as much of the vegetables you want and toss it in.

You can get creative and do a thin layer of egg whites, a layer of spinach, more of the egg white and then add your vegetables for visual affect.

Once you're done this pop them in the oven (preheated to 350F) for 6-8 mins all depending on the doneness you prefer.

All done... modify the ingredients to suit your needs. I think you will love these! :p

I do 1 of 2 things to my egg whites, either 1-2 packets Stevia & cinn, OR 1-2 Packets of stevia, w/ a lil salt & pepper gives me that sweet & salty flavor! I also do my eggs over easy & usually dip my whites in the yolk, I love breakfast!
