Protein soups

Any of you guys had them? There's a new soup out by trueprotein and each serving has 26 grams of protein. The flavors are great. Easy way to suck down some protein. Chop up a little chicken and dump it in there for a full protein meal.

I've ordered a bunch. Tasty, but I need to figure a fat to mix to balance out the macros.

go with some cashews maybe? unless you want your fat to be directly in the meal.

have you guys tried the soups with the noodles in them? very tasty
