Awesome news! The 2009 OCB Cape Cod Natural/IFPA Gaspari Nutrition Men's Pro Classic & Dymatize Figure Pro Classic will be available on a live webcast!

For those of you who can't make the trip, there will be a live internet video feed starting at 10:50 AM on Saturday October 10, 2009. Pros go on first.

I heard Rico Browning tore it up in the NGA last year. I cant wait to watch this guy. Wil Usher sounds familiar. I think he competed up here before.

I saw Rico at the NGA Universe where he won...he is pretty ridiculous...here are a few pictures I got of him.

Not the best pics, but I am getting the idea here. lol. With him winning the Universe he is a great person for me to look at and know "this is the best", and I wanna be the best. So I need to look better then him kind of thing. Gives me something to shoot for.

I only saw bits and pieces before it cut out early in Joe's class. Then no luck.. I wonder if they do replays?
