So I have been getting injected with a 23g 1 inch needle in glutes, but was curious if I could use the same size needle for quads? I know most use the 25g, but all I got is the 18 for drawing and 23g 1 inch for injecting. Anybody got expierience or any reason you wouldn't? Thanks in advance for help

I just started a cycle and have been hitting quads using 1" 23g. Been putting it almost the entire length deep . . . maybe an 1/8th short of buried. Been sore the next day . . . not sure if it is a pin length issue (I doubt) or just a newbie issue. I know alot of people shy away from thighs but it is very convenient and easy to see.

I have another thread on this issue.

Soreness will be typical if you inject in the quad because of the density of the muscle. A 25 G may eliminate some of the pain but I don't know since I use 23 G.

Buy more pins, they are cheap and easy to get.

If you are fat then bury that bitch if not no problem.
