Tammy is right. Despite what some of these fad diets advertise in magazines that you can lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks as an example, it is impossible.
Losing between 1-2 pounds every week is a much healthier way to go and won't result in muscle loss, providing you are weight training and eating adequate protein in your diet.

20 lbs in 2 weeks? Only if you sever a limb. Many competitors diet for 12 or more weeks to lose that much.

First of all, I would not advise someone to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks.

The person asking that needs to readjust their priorities & get a grip on reality. You don't gain 20 lb in 2 weeks, so you certainly can't lose it. You can do crazy things to dump a bunch of water weight, but it won't be true fat loss and may actually cost you some muscle mass in the process.

I could gain 20 in two weeks. Of course none would be muscle but I could gain 20. Bet me.

An herbal diuretic such as AQUALYZE will help you to lose close to 15lbs of water in 2 weeks but it won't change your bodyfat composition............

I was in a lecture once and an expert of weight loss commented on how much fat loss is physiollogically possible per week. He says, "With a miracle you can lose 3.5lbs of fat per week. And I can't recall the last time I observed a miracle".

I tend to agree with his statement; however, I've created a few miracle cases over the years using a 3-product fat burner stack: CLENBUTEROL, CYTOMEL, and LIPOLYZE
