I've been here for about a week. Nice place! I especially appreciate the seriousness and lack of "I'm eating 1200 cals a day why am I not losing weight" kind of posts

I'm 50, 5'4", menopausal, hypothyroid, and a lowly 110 pounds. I started almost 2 years ago extremely skinny-fat. We're talking poster child. I estimate that I've swapped out a good 12 - 15 pounds of body fat for muscle given measurement changes and weight being the same now as when I started. My mission now is simply slow bulk for at least a year. Maybe forever :D I'd sure like to never have to do any more leaning out!

Anyway, howdy! I waited to do this post until I was allowed to create a photo album. I hope to learn even more good stuff around these parts!

You thinking of competing anytime soon?

Pfftt no. It'll take years to build up to where I'd need to be to even think about a bb comp. I wouldn't do figure. Not my thing.
