Hmmm canadian bands for me would be Nickelback. I know I am gonna get railed for that but shit man they got some rocking stuff. Also I listen to alexisonfire, three days grace, mathew good band, billy talent, theory of a deadman and our lady peace. As for cheat meals I would say my favourite canadian cheat meal would be poutine!

Nickleback is cool, but at the gym nothing but Six Feet Under for me. Great death metal band, gets the blood pumping!
