Post your insane endurance workouts, they can be yours or someone elses, for examples Power cleans > Double kettlebell clean > Power Clean > Kettlebell swing or something like that, pyramids etc

here goes:
26kg - 57 pound Kettle bells

Shrugs 15 reps > 30 seconds of holding out from body > Shrugs 10 reps > 30 seconds of holding > Shrugs 10 reps > Try a time record

I only use kettle bells due to them not catching on my legs when I shrug and their thick handle

Snatch Jerk Behind Neck + Drop Snatch + OH Squat

Hang Clean Differing Levels ( 1 from High Block, 1 from Floor, 1 from Medium Block, 1 from Low Block)

Snatch Jerk Behind Neck + OH Squat

Squat + Snatch Grip Press Behind Neck

Hang Clean Pull + Hang Clean + Jerk

Good Morning + Squat
