Money is tight dude, we have a $50 limit this year, and my wife is hardcore. I am a pushover so she does the shopping. I would give every penny I make away if I could

It is cool though, if you are helping revive the economy! Do a good job for me ok?

Yeah, money is tight here too. We did pretty good. But we cheated. We had over $125 in gift cards that were given to us....we used those to buy the kids some stuff. We felt guilty for a minute spending our gifts on others but that didnt last long at all. LOL

And oh yeah....

Sorry guys. I had too many health issues. I haven't even been on here for a few months.

Seems like stuff is getting better. we will see.

Hey guys. Good to be functioning again. It's a bitch getting old after living hard for so long.

It's all good.....I been working back into the gym for a little bit. Another week or two and it will be balls to the wall again. I can't friggin wait.

Thanks Mike. Chest training is still way weak but legs are my weak spot anyway so I am trying harder on them.

1. Whey Protein
2. Cottage cheese w1/4 cup blueberries
3. 1 cup pasta w/ 1/4 cup alfredo
4. 1 cup Blackberries & handful of almonds
5. (Dinner) chicken & broccoli

I had to shorten my arm work this morning. I was arguing with my broken mp3 for too long and got side tracked before I even left the house.

Tricep pushdowns
40/15, 50/10, 60/9, 65/8
Overhead 1 arm extensions (I suck at these)
15/10, 20/10, 20/8, 20/8
Reverse curls
50/15, 70/10, 80/8, 80/6
Alt. DB curls
35/10, 40/9, 40/8, 40/8

I like doing 3 or 4 each for tri/bi but oh well....hardly any rest between sets...max 30 seconds so my arms were pumped as hell....well, still are.

So true Mike. I like to think I'm strong but you know, 15 and 20 pound Db's for single arm overheads seem weak to me. I will get there.

Training is going well so far. It seems there is always a set back or two but I'm learning how to bounce back quicker and better.

I am down another pound which is sweet. 252 down to 234 now. Not too shabby considering I am not dieting, just controlling what I eat. The actual change in diet happens at the end of this week. I am actually looking forward to it....that's just sick I think!

Strength has returned but the stamina is just not 100% yet.

Leg workout was great this morning. Will post numbers later.

Still not deadlifting. I'm not sure I'm up to it just yet. Strength is still feeling better each week. I'm happy with the progress

Are those low rows the weight per side or both together? 180 w/ one arm is strong dude...that's what I'm pulling on those things...because that's all the damn machine holds! Why not try some rack pulls if you're not up for deads yet?

I should split that....90 each side bro. Im not that strong yet.

I have never done rack deads so I'm unsure how to do them correctly. I watched a couple vids but wasn't comfortable with what I saw yet.
