I like the Gaspari line of supps. Just wondering is it wroth spending my money on these?

It depends on your goals and what r u expecting to get from it. New halodrol is based on arachidonic acid so using it may result in good increase of strenght and some lean mass but you shouldn't expect big mass gains.

It will only work if you are is depleted of arachidonic acid. Excess arachidonic acid isn't a good thing. If you work your ass of all the time and have hit a road block, it is for you. Or you can eat a lot of McDonalds. McDonalds burgers are loaded with arachidonic acid.

I personally would give them a quick body swerve. The fact that arachidonic acid promotes an inflammitory response in the body is not a good thing in terms of overall health. Most disease begins with out of control inflammation.
