Go for the fake tan. It takes awhile to build up anything like a summer tan so don't worry. You won't looked bronzed overnight.

I have talked to doc about my goals, he said I am looking to far ahead. I decided that 10% bf is the big next goal, not getting to 175.

190 is my approximate weight to be at 10%. A lot easier to think about losing 15 lbs rather than 30!

side salad with ranch (had cheese on it)
sweet potato with butter and brown sugar

Not a bad cheat meal.

It did not do the vascularity thing it is supposed to do when you are on keto...guess I still have too much bf for that.

took daughter to swim practice and did 1 hour of cardio at 130 bpm while waiting for her.

took her and a teamate back home

dropped her off an went straight to the supplement store which was having an open house featuring Brian Siders and a guy named Mark Kimmerer.

Brian truck tire deadlifted 1200lbs for 2 reps.

Mark lifted a 360lb atlas stone onto a 60" platform (took him 5 tries, but he sure did it)

by that time it was 2 o'clock, and I had not eaten since the two scoops of whey at 7am, so I got a labrada lean body vanilla creme.

came home and ate 3 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of egg whites scrambled.

I am no longer hungry, but I sure was about an hour ago.!

You should get some Xtend for your recovery from cardio and when you're having trouble getting meals eaten. Many people swear by it as a cutting tool for muscle preservation.

shaving sucked, and I didn't even shave...I used a body groomer. Wife did the back and I did the rest. It took me close to an hour and a half total. My pits have quite a few nicks from the clippers catching.

Remember on your double bicep to push the elbows out slightly to flare the lats and bring those fists in a little closer to your head.

well, it's march 3, so we are about 17 weeks out.

I am 5'8" on the nose and am 205 ish right now.

I do an hour a day of cardio most every day, occasionally 45 minutes.

I always pose cockeyed I think I have scoliosis sometimes, because I feel like I am straight. Happens mainly on the back poses.

My legs look 10x better than those pics. I just didn't have them flexed enough!

I figure I need to be in the low to mid 170's to have a chance to win.

great idea, all they can do is say no, but you never know unless you ask.

On the weight loss thing, it's the numbers guy in me...I know I was 215 at 20% bf, so I figured out what I would weigh at 4%, about 175-180, that's all. I will ignore that for now...my first big goal is to see some abs, I don't give a damn what weight I am as long as I can see abs. then go for the next goal. take it smaller pieces.

Kind of refreshing to hear. Means all my hard work on my upper body actually paid off.

I hit legs the same as every other part though, same number of sets. Might have to actually do some calf raises though...haven't done one in 18 months now.

I have been kind of worrying about my legs, and haven't posted it on here. my thighs look like they are getting way small, almost as small as my calves. That's how it looks to me in the gym when I look in the mirror.

I did 5 minutes last time on the first day and got burned...I am a pale dude.

Even wearing 30 in Mexico I got burned.

Wish you would have done a side tricep shot. You are delt dominant which means your pec work should be flat bench pull overs and decline/flat/incline flies only at this point. And a lot of them. bb, you mean use a lifting belt, or are you talking some other kind? I have never used a belt when squatting and deadlifting, but I have one in my trunk gathering dust.

I was really busy didn't get the fake tan stuff...took me a long time to defur.

I will try to pick some up tomorrow and slather it on. I look better in real life than in the pics, I swear I do. I think the flash washes me out.

By delt dominant do you mean the upper chest is too big compared to the area down by the nipples? If so that is awesome, because I actually have been doing all incline work on chest day for about 2 months now, means my muscles actually respond!

I already do flys a lot, but I guess I can go all flys now.

that posing video made me feel very small.

Good stuff though, I am going to have to work harder on posing than anything else, because it just doesn't come naturally to me. Gotta stand in front of a mirror and work on the ones I can see. Definitely need to hold my elbows up and drop my shoulders on the double bi shots. Also need to really concentrate on flexing my leg muscles. I had them half flexed in those pics it looks like.

I have so much muscle but no one can see it because I can't pose....dammit...gotta work on that

definately! You did alot of weighted dips that day and those definately bring in upper back.....what else? pullovers bring in back and lats a little...
