For those that eat salmon, How much do you eat? Great bodybuilding food!

ONLY downside is fat content (if your a low fat dieter) and small amounts of PCB/mercury (suppose this could be a problem if you eat ALOT of salmon...but then again I've heard its so marginal that there need be no restriction placed on salmon intake....I sometimes eat 1lb a day!).

I normally eat salmon twice a week, sushi , and sahsimi. I only use wild Alaskan salmon . Unless it is copper river season, than I eat it almost every day.

i love salmon i just ate 8oz of it an hour ago!! id usually eat salmon a few times a week.

4oz just about every day. I love it. And too many health benefits to list;

BBQ'd , baked ano/or broiled, salmon burgers, salmon luttuce wraps, over a bed of spinach, etc etc etc

Teriyaki Salmon Fillet

Ingredients:
8 oz. wild Atlantic salmon fillet
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 dry mustard
1/4 ground ginger
1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

Directions:
Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl & pour 3/4 of the mixture over the salmon. Cover & place in refrigerator for approximately 1-2 hours. Place salmon in a broiling pan & brush with leftover marinade. Place in the broiler & let cook for approximately 5 minutes; then flip & brush once again with marinade. Broil for approximately 5 more minutes. Serve.

Side Note: Goes well with any potato, brown rice, or serve with your favorite salad.
