Calling all muscle heads from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland!

Make yourself known to RX muscle!

I'll start-

Im Carl from Carlisle, England. Im 27 and have been bodybuilding for 10 years, competing and winning 3 times at local and national levels. Im currently on my 3rd week of a pre-contest diet where im employing the Dave Palumbo diet for the first time (results looking good so far, and feel SO MUCH better than the traditional low carb diet)
Im lucky enough to have 2 hardcore training partners who help push me into new gains each year. My training split is Monday - Quads, Calves. Tuesday- Chest, Shoulders. Wednesday- I do an hour's Muay Thai training. Thursday- Back, Calves. Friday- Arms, Hams. Sat /Sun- Off. Cardio is performed for 1 hour each day, 30 mins before breakfast and 30 mins in the afternoon, keeping the heart rate below 120bpm.

Hey guys.

Post on, I am thinking about competing in the UK, never have, been sniffing around for info.

NABBA has a great look for figure competitors, I prefer it than the UKBFF 'bodyfitness' look.

While the UK has produced a few amazing fitness competitors, they are few are far between.

You won't get a pro card as a woman unless you win Europeans or compete in the US (I think).

I have to dodge NABBA, for one I am fitness [do they do that in Nabba?] and I would frankly speaking make an ass of myself there, I am way too soft

I liked Kizzy Vaines routine, very different with all her flex. She's my avatar at getbig actually.

TB here. British (Scottish) and been living in China for past 2 yrs. No longer married and have the luxury of training as often as I like. One major bodypart per night is so easy after cramming into Mon/Wed/Fri training for so many years. More intensity and better recovery.
Looking forward to reading some good stuff on this site. On other forums, I'm fed up reading regurgitated pish on the subject of gear and training.........especially from guys with 1000's of forum entries and it turns out the pricks can't even bench 230lbs.
OK........off for a cup of green tea and relax..............ahhhhh
