During contest prep we can get really tired out from all the cardio and low cals. Do you use anything for extra energy?

yohimbine hcl works well for energy, fat loss and appetite suppression, though some Ill admit dont tolerate it well, start slow like 2.5 3 x per day, then increase to 5mg 3 x per day. Can do 1mg/10 lbs of bodyweight roughly.

Good old Caffeine is effective....200 - 400mg 30 mins before Cardio ;)

E-911 really is a great product for an extra kick. Just don't let it dissolve, chew it instead, because it tastes terrible if you let it sit there. With only 200mg of stimulants, it's good sustained energy and it doesn't make you all jittery like some of the other pills out there that I've taken before.

3, 8mg ephedrine so 24mg and 200mg caffeine plus 1 1/2 scoops of a pre workout, superpump250 or no shotgun.

that will get u going. i do that roughly 3-5 times a week. only pre workout, no jitters. i soak my shirt cause i sweat so much lol. awesome workouts though, when ur finished ur set, ur ready for another one right away!!

i love ephedrine with a small cup of coffee...gives me energy for hours. here lately tho the blue monster energy drink has been doing the job. maybe cause its been so long since ive had them.
