I want to thank RX Muscle for supporting BB all around the world and not just the US. Most sites only report and speak about US athletes.

Even though I wanted Alvin Small to win ( I know I’m biased since I train at Forrest gym) much congrats to Zach Khan. He deserved it and he will do well in the states. I'm glad to see a brown (Asian) UK bodybuilder make it. Plus it’s good to see someone with a decent height no hate to the short competitors.

Get Zach to start posting on here or even a Q & A would be good.

He looked even better in person, he really is the best possible representative for UK bodybuilding in my opinion. Incredibly muscular physique and a tiny waist, very down to earth, humble personality.

Exactly, he's a very humble guy and can take a lot of sh1t over on MD with a smile. Very nice, down to Earth guy - hope he goes far!

And that really is a teeny tiny waist for his size. Almost looks too small lol.

I can imagine a lot of philosophising, a lot of "you knows" and a lot of taking 10 minutes to answer a question and not actually answering it :D. There's no worse person to interview than Ben White though lol. I liked how Zack tore into him a bit lol.

great show! Zach seems like Ronnie in a sense. the guy is just havin fun living his dream! And very humble at the same time. i liked how he talked about not gettin too big of a head and doing all the necessary things to get himself situated in the pro circuit. And Dr. Connelly def. makes for great radio. surprizingly i can definitely understand him. he is real good at explaining things even if most people dont understand medical termanology.

Really great show tonight. Dr. Scott just makes the most technical things sound simple for even someone like me to understand. One of these days I hope for the hell of it he and Dave just start going off on a real technical tangent, that would surely sound funny. I like when Dave said he sent an email, I can only imagine it was some 50 page report.

Count me in as a Zach Khan fan. Not the level of Swede but definitely nice to have another fresh young guy in the mix who just wants to lift and compete and stay humble.

Dave and JR made the best decision EVER to interview Khan as soon as he turned pro - they got the exclusive and deflowered him before anbody got their chane! Lol
