i honestly don't know how i've been functioning
yesterday i trained legs on less than 5 hrs sleep
my training partner texts me at 7am saying she's not coming
i had to train at 9am to accomidate clients
i buried 285 lbs below parellel for 3 x 8 in squats
did hacks with 115 / side
then leg ext only 2 plates left before i've done the stack
ha ha
something weird is going on...;)
today another less than 5 hrs of sleep, yikes, feel good though

Ok kids. It was leg day today!!! I had about 5 warmup sets and then 8 working sets. My max on squat was 405 for 8 reps twice and then the 22 45 plates on the leg press thing again. All in all a good workout. 45 minutes of cardio per my coach HR was between 114-128 the entire time and then some post workout protein. I know that the number on the scale isn't important but I lost another 2lbs for a total of 11 over three weeks. 247 today. :shake:.
Tomorrow is chest/tri's.
