my 2nd husband Olympic Style Heavywt Wrestler the father of my son who was 12 yrs my junior, i divorced him after 2 1/2 yr, my son was 18 months old... gave me the greatest gift i'll ever have in my life, my son Storm, as much as i could hate this man for being a dead beat, the reason i left him is he wouldn't work, after 2 1/2 yrs me supporting the family unit i said fuck this i'll support myself & my son but not a man who isn't willing to work and fully capable.... as much as i could hate him how could i cuz if it wasn't for him telling me all those lies and me believing him i wouldn't have ever had a child and missed out on the greatest thing life has to offer

so i just look at it as they both enhanced my life in cool ways

Hey what's up peeps!!! Today was leg day. Got up a little late so downed protein preworkout. I don't usually do that but I did today.
Leg Ext: 3 sets warming up
bb squats: 6 sets
Hack squats: 3 sets
leg press: 4 sets
Seated calf: 3 sets
SLDL: 4 sets
Cardio with HR between 105-115 the whole time. Good workout. Got some progress pics but not sure if I'm posting them.
Just finished meal 3 chicken and green salad
