No more parmesan cheese on my eggs, and I am sure I have a couple of other things I can cut out.

meal 1: 2 eggs 5 oz flank steak
Meal 2: 50 gr. Isopure shake
Meal 3: 5 oz flank steak small green salad
Meal 4: upcoming 50 gr Isopue shake
Predicting
Meal 5: 6 oz chicken and small green salad
Meal 6: Eggs not sure how many but idk maybe 10 whites and 3 yolks since I had two servings of red meat today.

Am I supposed to be counting all this stuff???? ;) Not sure on the carb breakdown today. I normally have a lot more eggs but I made a 1.5lb flank last night and remembered how much I love steak and eggs so......:drool:. I figured I'd rearrange the meals a bit today. Carbs are typically pretty low on what Dawn has me eating.

I weighed in today and I am down 1 lb for the week to 244. Even though the nutritional disclipline was lacking this week there is a positive.

Hey Rich, I planned this cheat weeks ago, I am just going to be smart about it.

Probably going to eat a shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, thanksgiving dinner, and a shake for supper.

No nuts, or anything else.

I think the calories will even out fine. I will get some carbs and plenty of protein, and some fat during turkey meal.

It was back day this a.m. Can't train this afternoon but will get my cardio in later today:
Cg pulldowns: 4 sets
wg chins: 3 sets
Partial deads: 3 sets
wg cable rows: 3 sets
cable preacher 3 sets
alt db: 2 sets
rope hammers; 3 sets

I weighed in today and I am down 1 lb for the week to 244. Even though the nutritional disclipline was lacking this week there is a positive.

hammer press: 3 sets
db shrugs: 4 sets
ss/ front bb raise: 4 sets
bent over laterals: 3 sets
ss/ rear lateral on pec deck:3 sets
Cable upright rows: 3 sets

Not a bad workout but definitely not a great one. Felt good but I had Mr. Gym Talker there this a.m. and he is distracting to say the least. Time for 2nd meal!

I got one. I got my daughter a great digital camera for $88 - so now I will be able to talk her into progress pics and a digital photo frame for $24 and a bunch of dvds

Leg ext. 5 sets (2 warmup and 3 working)
BB squats: 5 sets
Hack squats: 3 sets
ss/ sissy squats to failure
Leg press: 4 sets feet side by side
SL hams: 135x12x4
Stand calf: 4 sets
Seated calf 2 sets Flet a twing in my heel so I stopped.
55 minutes of cardio and I was done.

There will be progress pics tomorrow and I defurred so this should be interesting.... Talk to you all soon!

I got burned by going 8 minutes the first time.

I have been doing 7 in a little bit weaker bed the last 4 times

we have a lot of time to get tan, just take it slow.

I always am. I used to burn when I was a kid pretty bad. I do tan it just takes a little longer than usual.

A few parties ...nothing to exciting.

I think I do get to meet My personal coach Mike in a few weeks
that might be odd - he will get to see that Blu is really
a sweet shy thing:p

My friend that is coming to Columbus and I are going to meet him for a drink ( coffee I think ) at least that's the plan.

I haven't been drinking either ... I am pretty serious about my training

So the alcohol will hit me hard in March ... my girlfriends party every weekend so they are use to it ... I have been behaving myself

I'm not that much of a drinker but when I do it's game on!! Not real sure why but for some reason I can drink a lot and it just takes a while to affect me.:dunno:
