Well if you all want to follow the winners journal of training/diet/ and general musings on life, love and bodybuilding then sit down and shut up and hold on for the ride.

The training split will look like this:
Monday:chest/tris/abs
Tue: quads/calves
Wed: off
Thur:delts/traps/abs
Fri:back/bi's/forearms
Sat: these will be random and only catch up days.
Cardio will be 4-5 days a week intially and 30 minutes per time.

Today I weighed 258 after breakfast which consisted of 2 scoops isolyze and 1 slice of ww toast and 1.5 tbsp of nattie peanut butter.

Chest
Inc BB:135x12, 185x10, 225x8, 275x3
Flat db: 60x12, 70x10, 85x8, 100x6
Inc flyes:35x12, 40x10, 45x8
Pec Deck:110x15, 150x15, 165x12
Pushdowns:100x20, 130x15, 160x12, 190x10
Seated tri ext: 70x12, 90x10, 110x8
Bench dips:15, 12, 12
Db ext:35x10, 40x10, 45x10
Inc situps:20, 20, 15
Inc knees:15x3
Alt crunch:3x12

30 minutes of cardio heart rate avg 128

40 grams isopure post workout

Post wo meal 4 pieces grilled chicken and green beans. Bucki is on his way to winning the first annual RxMuscle/Species Masters Challenge!!!

Time for a protein shake!

yeah, too bad I never lifted a weight until I was 44...I could have been a freak...

on the plus side, at least my joints and tendons aren't ground to dust.

No, never thought I would be able to go being a CPA and it being busy season...helps being one of the owners.

This is going to be a blast...talking some shit but knowing we all will win if we just go to the end...that's the real fun.

Thanks. Tomorrow will be a little lower calorie day since tomorrow is an off day for the gym. I would like to get down to about 215 by the Arnold which should put me at about 7-8%bf. Not sure what I'll look like but I'll have a better idea the closer I get I may not need to go that low.

It was my big meal for the day sorry sweetie. I was feeling calorie depleted since I had only had one solid meal today and the rest shakes due to my work schedule and some meetings. I may grab 30 minutes more cardio yet tonight Mistress Dawn LOL!!

Was stationed at Nellis Air Base - that's how I ended up out here.
Love San Diego would love to live there - go to the beach there a couple times a year. My military days were good times to - to be twenty again and be this smart.
At least I now know who to harass at night:p

We were there the weekend before - it was great
Next time we are just staying down on the beach - my daughter is 15 and her son is 13 and have been best friends since they were babies.
We were bad on food went to Pacific Beach every night to eat and have a few drinks.

I am going to drop my calories a lot bucki...I just figured it all out scientifically. 34 lbs in 19 weeks is going to be hard for me unless I get the calories down...my maintenance with 1 hour of cardio is 2600 a day...so to lose almost 2lbs a week, the food's gotta go.

I did have two more meals. 6 oz b/s chicken and some veggies (green beans) I am also supplementing with EFA's daily for fats.

The cheese makes the eggs semi passable. Im almost to the point I can't eat eggs anymore. I did wander on to something this a.m. which helped dramatically though. I sprinkled Italian seasoning on them. Garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme and sage. It made them almost edible. I also had 4 slices of butterball turkey bacon. See Gman's explanation on the tuna. No oil babe only water!! :)

i hate whole eggs so i used eggwhites & then natural nut butters for the fats
this is how i do it

figure out how much egg whites you need to get the right amount of protein
heat a nonstick skillet on med heat coated with pam spray
for me it's 2 cups eggwhites
put in a blender with lots of cinnamon and i mean lots (gotta hide egg taste)
blend
add to heated skillet
brown 1 side then flip then brown other side
then i let cool suspended on a wire rack or a couple lg untensil
i don't like it warm tastes eggy to me
if you don't suspend in air underside of pancake gets wet YUCK
when cooled top with however much nut butter you are supposed to have
smear it on
then i cut in half
then into wedges
and enjoy

Having that problem- can't get my head to want to gain any weight -:no: went up 1 lb down 2 lbs eating more - no junk just added oatmeal, sweet potatoes and extra whey back in my diet.

other thing is that if you use just egg whites YOU GET MORE FOOD
and the closer you get the hungrier you get
the more real food you want
plus some trainer believe you shouldn't use pro powder for precontest
Dave Palumbo allows it
me myself i became allergic to whey so can't use
i have done clients on and some off pro powder
and i'd say some do better off it
thatz my personal opinion
and theres less apt to cheat gettin more real food

and jan 2009 was discovered i was allergic to many things including protein powder which was causing my excema
to get worse & worse the older i got

if you aren't cutting I have a recipe for some cottage cheese waffles that you might like... I will have to dig it up and send it to you....

Protein Pancakes (with cottage cheese)
(you can make in a waffle iron if you like)

1/2 cup DRY curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup dry ground whole oats (can use whole, i like to grind up in coffee grinder, food processor or blender like the consistency of a flour, can use buckwheat if allergic to oats like me)

options...
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
sweetener - slenda (optional)
cinnamon with shredded apple (shredded on cheese grater)
berries or other fruit


mix all ingrediants well in blender
heat non-stick skillet with pam spray on med-high heat
- if you use waffle iron make sure iron is hot before pouring in batter, same when you remove, or will stick
pour pancakes in skillet
you know when to flip when ou can flipper under there easy

off season you can get really creative
i got tons recipes on my "Q & A with Dawn Alison" thread in "Womens Q & A"
you can drizzle E.D. Smith sugar free syrup on top
or use Starbucks sugar free coffee syrup ontop

you can top with natural peanut butter or nut butters or even Species Macadamia Nut Oil or Udo's oil

i like to mix my nut butters together
my fav mix is: Macadamia, Almond, Cashew & Hazelnut
its messy to mix together but tastes amazing
i'm allergic to PB so thatz why i gotta use other ones

Bucky you can't have this till after your show
unless it's your treat meal
this is for the ladies who were lookin for the recipe with cottage cheese
cuz this is one of my favs

:yep:MY FAV ~ SHREDDED APPLE W/ SYRUP
especially mixing batter up with lots cinnamon
shredding apple on cheese grater mix it in
then cook pancake
top with nut butter
then top with sugar free syrup

G, heavy is relative. I only use straps/belts when I go really heavy for me. I try not to rely on them too much. Dorian Yates once said something to the effect of "I guess I could squat more if I put a spring in my ass." He was speaking about using knee wraps and suits and a lot of that type of equipment.
