This makes a buncha brownies! Not low calorie so its more off season type eats.

10 scoops Choc lipotropic protein
10 egg whites
2 cups oats
1/2 cup Mac Nut oil.
1/2 cup Enova Oil
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup natty peanut butter
4 tbl water
1 small box fat free sugar free choc pudding
2 cups apple sauce (sugar free)

Grease 9x12 baking pan. add mix to pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 min

As I said this makes a ton. there is no preservatives so you may have to freeze 3/4 and refrigerate the rest. I wrap them individually in plastic wrap and put them in Tupperware.

You eat this brownies regularly or you have them as cheat meal?

Recipe sounds awesome, but I do have a concern. I may be wrong, but I remember reading somewhere that exposing whey protein to high heat severely degrades its quality.

You eat this brownies regularly or you have them as cheat meal?It is strictly an off season recipe. I have a hard time gaining weight anyways so its a good caloric boost. really not super bad either as the fats and carbs are derived from good sources.

To a point I am sure but I am pretty sure if one can digest cooked meat and utilize the protein in it one can also utilize the protein in a cooked whey product.
