I use to be a Belgian chef, so I have a lot of gourmet body building recipes.
This one works well, on Dave's keto diet
Ingredients 8oz. Red Meat (venison is my favorite)Fillet, strip, ribeye,
Sirloin, or leg medallion
1 cup. raw cashews
Dijon Mustard
Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder
Sour Kraut
1. Grind the cashews in a coffee grinder, or chop fine with a chef's Knife
2.Butterfly, or cut the steaks into thiner portions. Pound flat with a kitchen hammer, or use the flat edge of a chef's knife
3.coat the steaks with Dijon mustard.
4. Season the ground cashews with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
5. roll the steaks in the cashew mixture, coating evenly.
6.Pan sear in mac oil to desired donenes(medium to well finish in a 450 oven for a few minutes)
6. serve with a side of sour kraut.

That I gotta try. Can you use EVOO in place of Mac Nut?

I would not, extra virgin olive oil is only meant to be consumed cold, once it is heated the omega 6 change into unhealthy fats. simply put it is not meant to be used with heat. Mac oil is one of the only oils that can be heated to 325 and not change it's properties. You can actually deep fry with mac oil, and it is still healthy for you, asides form the excessive calories.

Just finish it in a 450 oven, and no problem.Put a little water or chicken stock in the bottom of the pan to keep it moist in the oven.
