very nice. I always get confused. Are we looking for andro or more anibolic effect of the compounds we take? I have only used test and man that shit is great.

Ronnie... there was studys done by the USSR way back in 70's. The study was conducted on androgenic anabolic ratios. They confirmed that athletes using a 70/30 ratio had best results.

I firmly believe that this ratio is great for people who already carry a fair bit of muscle.

Test is a great compound to use for building muscle, and should be used in every cycle, but for different reasons than most forms suggest. Testosterone is the males sex hormone. Using Test. during your cycles ( even a low amount ) ensures you keep your libido and generally avoid sexual dysfunction. Some people suggest it makes it easier to recover when you use it but that's not right to any extent. I will say that, certain drugs are easier to recover than others. 19nor's are highly suppressive particularly to the pituitary, so avoiding those compounds for faster recovery would be an example of this.

You can play with your own ratio's and see what works best for you. Remember there's a reason why bodybuilders are known as guinea pigs.

btw, ive seen this chart before and what do these numbers mean? i understand its a ratio, but im not understanding then why they're more than 1:3 or 2:1 as apposed to 100:200
