BRUTAL ALCHEMY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
OFFICIAL PARTICIPATION THREAD
LEAN MASS CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

This thread is designated for participants in the Brutal Alchemy Transformation Challenge.

Division 2: Lean Mass Construction

Participants in this division of the contest will be judged based on the amount Lean Mass gained as judged by viewing the differences in the participants' "before" and "after" pictures.

To participate, simply post your "before" pics, including at least one "front relaxed" pose pic. You must hold in your hand a newspaper from the week of the picture, or a "December" issue of a magazine (most of which hit newsstands this week) to verify the date of the picture.

With the picture, post your starting height and weight.
Also a short bio with stats can be helpful if you wish.

By posting your pics and enlisting in the competition, you are agreeing to the rules, terms and conditions of the contest posted below.

Rules, terms, and conditions:

1. No purchase necessary: Brutal Alchemy is not requiring any purchase of any kind to participate in the transformation challenge. (Aside: That having been said, we do believe we have extremely high quality products that are effective nutritional supplements. The owners will be participating in the contest as well, and we are using the full line every day. Is that an advantage? Pick up some Attack and tell me how you feel about it :yep: End of Aside)

2. Contest Open to RxMuscle.com forum members only

3. Judging Criteria: The winners chosen shall be the participant who exhibits the greatest improvement from their before picture, to their after picture. The "before" pictures must be posted no later than 11:59pm November 1st 2009. "After" pictures must be posted no later than 5:00pm January 15, 2010.

4.Media rights: All pictures posted in the official participation threads become the property of Brutal Alchemy (BTN of North Carolina LLC) and may be used in marketing and promotional media of any form, to include but not limited to, digital, print, and film media.

5.Liability: Brutal Alchemy (BTN of North Carolina LLC) is in no way responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or other consequence that arises from participation in this transformation challenge.

6. Eligible Participants: Members of RxMuscle.com forums. Brutal Alchemy Owners, sponsored athletes, and team members are eligible for participation but will not be considered as finalists and are not eligible to win the prize packages.

Brutal Alchemy will be enlisting participants at the NPC Tri-State championships on October 31st. Participants who sign up at the Tri-State championships must then sign up as members of RxMuscle.com forums to compete and be considered as finalists for the prize packages.

I'm interested in this, am currently on a advanced-maintenance plan leaning towards definition and am trying to keep my waistline in (so to speak) and gain muscle at the same time. So, how do I enter this thing, officially?

I haven't seen your "before" picture, so I can't say for sure. But if you're on a maintenance plan because you're already where you wish to be as far as muscularity, and you're now trying to gain more definition, then maybe the fat burn division is for you.

But you stated that you still want to gain muscle while keeping your waistline in. This tells me that you likely want to gain a significant amount more muscle, but are trying to do it slowly and correctly to keep your abdomen flat.

From your writing, I would say probably the lean mass construction division, because after the contest you can still bring in more definition, and you'll have more muscle to show off.

Well, as far as me goes, it's still a work in progress right now. My training isn't where I would like it to be, this being the result of me moving to a different location and being busy with school. Nutrition I got it down fairly well. I think I may have a good chance at this thing. Fat Loss Division, probably not as I won't be able to get down in weight too much; it's just not my goal right now.

Quick Bio: I'm Clark "sad clown" Kent, no my first name isnt really Clark, DJTree just calls me that for what I hope are obvious reasons. I'm a member of Brutal Alchemy and so, I am not eligable to win this competition. That being said, I'm still taking part, like from what I understand both of the co-owners are.
Right now I'm 6'0" and 198lbs.

The reason I am entering the lean mass instead of fat loss is that I am planning on doing a show June of next year. I plan on starting my diet around the first of Feb. So until then its put on as much mass as possible without any added fat. According to a skin fold test I am somewhere between 18 and 15% bf. Pretty big variance I know but I don't put much faith in it. 5'7" 200lbs. Looking forward to the journey.
