Im a bit confused on what to buy now, considering every time I buy a new product a study comes out and says its shit. Ive never added supplements pre or during my workouts. After workouts, I usually do 1 scoop of waxy and 5g of creatine. So now that waxy is considered junk, what should i be doing for resistance training?
