Flex is missing a BUNCH of guys... I'm predicting their predictions are going to be WAY off.

I'm not ready with my predictions yet... but I can tell you, FLEX seems to be forgetting about a bunch of good guys: Cedric, Malcom M, Jeff Long, PJ, etc..

I think we'll see some surprises come November 21st.

Dugdale's In the Dungeon video with Dorian Yates is one of the best training videos I've seen.

Looking forward to hearing from Dugdale. He's one of the pros who really has his head screwed on right. Definitely a role model.

I think if Mark takes some time off and has a good offseason he should be able to put on some more size and then do the open class at one of the fall shows. He's in a tough spot because of his frame, he's probably not going be able to put on 15-20 pounds of muscle, but with his build he really doesn't need to. On him 5-10 pounds of muscle would look like 15-20 pound on other guys with a thicker structure.

Best show in ages!

Wish we could have more pros on. They're always the best guests. I know it's hard with contracts though.....

Steve was great! He's got his head screwed on the right way!

Mark is the man! I highly recommend his three DVDs. They're awesome.
