Cherry Vanilla Isolyze

Just cracked it open last night. I got it at the Tri State Championships. I mistakenly got it instead of the Vanilla.

Nonetheless, it is VERY good!!!! I use about 1 1/2 scoops, as the milk I used gives me about 10g of protein, making for 50g overall.

Why would you use milk with your Isolyze? Use water and ice! Milk protein has lactose, sugar and will decrease the absorbtion of the isolate. Just my .02

I use Smart Balance Lactose Free/Fat Free milk. 10g of protein per serving.

I've also used mostly whey blends up to this point, and using milk makes it richer and smoother tasting like a milkshake,
so part of it was habit.

It was only my first drink, so I WILL try it with water next time, but I may not want to drop the Smart Balance milk altogher.

Has anyone else every tried Smart Balance Lactose Free?
