Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. light mayo
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
4-6 oz. sourdough, French or whole-wheat baguette, sliced open
4 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 slices red onion
2 slices tomato
1-2 slices cheddar cheese
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Take a minute to remember the last time you used your clothes iron, then attempt to locate it. Heat it on the highest setting with steam. While it warms up, combine mayo, mustard & horseradish in a small bowl. Smear sauce on both halves of the bread, the pile on the roast beef, avocado, onion, tomato, & cheese. Coat the outsides of the bread with nonstick cooking spray & place a sheet of foil on top of sandwich. Using the iron, firmly press down on sandwich for 2-3 minutes. Flip & repeat until cheese is melted.
